As COO of Shield AI, I watched highly capable teammates spend hours trying to answer simple questions. Do we have the parts? Is the supplier late? Which revision is correct? Can we deliver on time? What did this actually cost? The answers often existed in our ERP, but getting to them was slow, expensive, and frustrating.

That experience led me to found Ironflow AI. I wanted to build the manufacturing system I wished we had: an AI-native platform that puts the user first, making it easy to find information, make better decisions, and focus on designing, building, and delivering great products.

What does it mean that Ironflow’s Flow is “AI-native”?

Flow was built from the ground up around artificial intelligence. Where is my data stored, and is it secure?

Your data is hosted entirely in AWS GovCloud (US), a US-based FedRAMP certified environment built to support ITAR and other controlled-data workloads, with US-person access controls. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Multi-tenant and dedicated deployments are available depending on customer requirements.

What level of training or onboarding is required?

Ironflow is designed for usability. Most users can navigate and execute core workflows with minimal training. Contextual guidance and conversational AI assistance are built into the interface, allowing teams to learn while working rather than through lengthy onboarding programs.
